Join us for this 2 hr small group class hosted by Jorden from Creative Connections Music Therapy. We will introduce you and guide you through all things Babywearing with focus on ergonomics and comfort. Feel free to submit any questions you have prior to class to make sure we cover them. Bring your carrier for a hands on fit check at the end. Covered in this class: Where and how do I start? What is the best baby carrier? How do I wear my baby safely? What is a Ring Sling, Soft structure carrier, Meh Dai, and Wrap? Which carrier is best for me and my partner/other caregivers to use? and much more. Tips and tricks based on groups interest. Pregnant people, babies, family and friends welcome. July 17th 10AM-12PM $20 (sliding scale available) Locations: Creative Connections Music Therapy (2nd floor, carriers are a must, see?)
