Dark Days, is a reversible shawl with beautiful symmetric texture. Though it looks complicated it has an easy pattern repeat that all levels can follow. This pattern uses 1x1 rib throughout.
The pdf includes both written and charted directions for 3 sizes (Scarf, Stole and Shawl) It also includes written instructions for the Tubular Cast On and Tubular Bind Off.

Gauge:

Due to the nature if the stitch pattern and the open airiness of it, gauge is not vital. For those of you who must…

Techniques Used:

Tubular cast on (tutorial included), knit, purl, knit two together, purl two together, drop stitch, knit front back, purl front back, slip one with yarn in front, tubular bind off (grafting-tutorial included)
