Are you ready to feel the burn again? Come join us for a mini Kangatraining class. Kangatraining is a mommy and me workout with focus on core and pelvic floor, dance, toning and strengthening! Grab your carrier, a towel, water and let’s Kanga!! This is a safe return to exercise class that is suitable for all fitness levels. Our classes are specially designed and endorsed by sports scientists, midwives, and physics and are safe for Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor, pubis pain, carpal ect) This class is suitable for moms with babies 6 weeks or older who have received clearance for exercise.
