KangaTrail is for moms and babies that love walking, talking and exercising all at the same time! This class takes you on hiking trails with short exercise intervals that concentrate on your thighs, buttock, abdominals and your pelvic floor. It’s an effective way to increase your cardiovascular endurance while working on those ‘beloved’ areas of your body. Moms without a baby can also participant in KangaTrail as it’s an ideal workout to get results. For those moms who attend Kangatraining, this class will also assist as an additional cardio session to help stretch out those tight muscles. KangaTrail is definitely more than just a walk in the park with your baby. 8 sessions $129 Missed sessions can be transferred to another class that week or transferred to another mom In case of heavy rain class will be held online with floor work. We will be practicing social distancing during this class. *This class is Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor safe. We will be babywearing during this class. Any babywearing fit or comfort issues will be addressed for you by a Certified Babywearing Consultant. Sessions June 12th June 19th June 26th July 3rd July 10th July 17th July 24th July 31st
