Service Description

Want to meet other moms and workout in the snow, all without the need of a babysitter? Welcome to KangaSnow! This is a fast paced class ideal for those who want a sweaty workout! First time Snowshoers welcome. As with all Kangatraining classes, this class is Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor safe. Cost: $135+GST ($141 .75+ trail pass/see below) Once you have successfully signed up here you will receive an email with info to purchase your Mt. Seymour Trail Pass & Reserve Parking Access. (approx $6/per class. Season pass holders will not need to purchase an additional pass, however will need to book parking-free) Dates March 7, 14, 24, 28 Aril 4, 11 (please note if you are unable to attend one of the dates, we are offering a 5 class pass as well) Instructors: Ana-Luz & Ponnie FAQ's What carrier can I use? We recommend the use of a Soft Structured Carrier (eg Manduca, Tula, ect) Meh Dai or woven wrap. Framed packs and stretchy wraps are not recommended What if I don't have a carrier? No Problem! We have carriers available to use to fit all bodies and babies. Please email us in advance to reserve a carrier. Do I need to signup with Mt Seymour as well, even if I already signed up here? I already have a Seymour Seasons Pass and/or Snowshoes. Is there a discount? Yes. Participants will be required to sign up for class here, followed by signing up with the mountain for their trail pass/parking. Those who already have a Trail pass will not need to sign up again however will need to register (free) for parking. An email will be sent with detailed instructions. What if it rains? If the Mountain is closed then we are closed. Defer trail pass to a make-up session. If the Mountain is open - we are headed out in all reasonable weather conditions. In rare cases where we can not accommodate a makeup session we will offer an online workout. What should we wear? Layers layers layers. We do not recommend thick bulky snowsuits for babies.
